Goodwill Northern Illinois’ Partnership with Salvation Army to Expand GED Program to Boone County = Success

Goodwill began operating the GoodGRADS GED program in the Rockford region in 2013 and, in 2021, decided to expand the program – with the help of the Salvation Army – to Boone County due to the needs of the community. The expansion turned out to be a big success!
