During the course of her career at Goodwill, she has learned to be more confident when assisting customers – helping to not only direct them to the sections of the store where the items they’re looking for are, but also recommending things for people when asked. Emily is a very responsible worker, always looking out for the safety of her coworkers and willing to step in when needed in any task.
