Lunchtime Smorgasbord is based on a true story of a brother and a sister who fought all the time, however when they were left alone for a few hours one summer, they made up a game called ‘Lunchtime Smorgasbord,’ and were the best of friends. Until of course, mom came home.

Michelle was born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois where she spent her childhood doing whatever her older siblings were doing including sliding headfirst into home plate… even in a dress. She had her first ‘TV show’ at about six years old making her brother record her in the living room. She graduated from Drake University in 2009 with a magazine journalism degree and quickly remembered she wanted to be a TV show host and enrolled at the Illinois Center for Broadcasting where she learned everything there is to know about radio and TV. Which is exactly what she does these days. Michelle is Midday Michelle on 97ZOK and hosts Good Day Stateline on FOX39.
