Avancer Homes is looking for patient and caring individuals to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in Cortland, DeKalb and Sycamore.

Summer work available.  Full-time and part-time positions.
Training provided.  Must be 16 years or older.  No criminal record.

PRN-substitute staff (16 minimum hours per month – weekend shifts)

Starting wage:  $10.00/hour with raise to $10.50/hour after completion of training (120 days).
C.N.A.’s – $10.25/hour.  Increase to $11.00/hour upon completion of training in a setting with 6 or fewer persons.
