Avancer is looking for patient and caring individuals to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in Cortland, DeKalb, Sycamore, Genoa and Davis Junction.

Positions available include Direct Support Personnel (DSP), Medical Needs Coordinator, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), as well as other positions.

Full-time and part time positions are available.
Training is provided.  QIDP position requires a bachelor’s degree.
